厂家介绍如何区别列管冷凝器与冷却器

冷凝器,为制冷系统的机件,属于换热器的一种,能把气体或蒸气转变成液体,将管子中的热量以很快的速度传到管子附近的空气中。冷凝器工作是个放热的过程所以冷凝器温度都是较高的。还有一种类似于列管式冷凝器的设备叫做冷却器,今天冷凝器厂家就带大家来了解一下列管式冷凝器和冷却器的区别。

Condenser, as a part of refrigeration system, belongs to one kind of heat exchanger, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer heat from the tube to the air near the tube at a fast speed. Condenser work is an exothermic process, so the condenser temperature is higher. Another kind of equipment similar to tubular condenser is called cooler. Today, the condenser manufacturer will take you to know the difference between tubular condenser and cooler.

1.中间冷却器上有液位计和液位控制口而列管式冷凝器上没有;中冷上的进汽口和出汽口都在容器上部且管径大小基本相同,而列管式冷凝器的出液口都在容器底部,且管径大小和进气口差别较大;中冷的氨液进口和出口都在容器下面,而列管式冷凝器的进口则不是,立式的一般都是一上一下,卧式的在容器的一端。

There are level gauges and level control ports on the intermediate cooler but not on the tubular condenser; the inlet and outlet of the intercooler are on the top of the container and the diameter of the tube is basically the same, while the outlet of the tubular condenser is on the bottom of the container, and the diameter and the inlet of the tube are quite different; the ammonia inlet and outlet of the intercooler are under the container, while the inlet of the tubular condenser is not. Yes, the vertical type is generally one up and one down, and the horizontal type is at the end of the container.

2.冷却器没有相变,而列管式冷凝器有相变,进出冷却器的管线不变化,一般也就是管径进口与出口的不同,而进出列管式冷凝器的管径变化较大。

3.一般两者之间还有折流板的设置不一样,列管式冷凝器是左右设置,冷却器上下设置,传热系数不同也是原因。

在圆形外壳内装入平行管束,管式两端固定在管板上。管子在管板上的固定一般采用焊接法或胀管法。

最后就是装有进口或出口管的顶盖用螺钉与外壳两端法兰相连,顶盖与管板之间构成流体的分配室。是目前应用广泛的一种,其结构简单、坚固,制造容易,材料范围广泛,处理能力可以很大,适应性强。
