中试冷凝器是一种反应设备,在操作的时候一定要注意,否则会因为很多原因造成损坏,导致生产被迫停止。

中试冷凝器的操作要注意很多方面。首先,一定要严格的按照规章制度去操作中试冷凝器。其次,在操作前,应仔细检查中试冷凝器有无异状,在正常运行中,不得打开上盖和触及板上之接线端子,以免触电;严禁带压操作;用氮气试压的过程中,仔细观察压力表的变化,达到试压压力,立即关闭氮气阀门开关;升温速度不宜太快,加压亦应缓慢进行,尤其是搅拌速度,只允许缓慢升速。最后,中试冷凝器釜体加热到较高温度时,不要和釜体接触,以免烫伤;实验完应该先降温。不得速冷,以防过大的温差压力造成损坏。同时要及时的拔掉电源。

Do not cool quickly in case of damage caused by excessive temperature difference and pressure. At the same time, the power supply should be pulled out in time.
